Privacy Policy - Tirek: No Wifi Games

This policy explains what data Tirek: No Wifi Games ("Tirek", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. Tirek is published by Irfan Sener on the Apple App Store.

1. No account needed

You can play without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location. Your games, progress, coins and settings are saved on your device.

2. Data we collect

When you are online, the app and the services below may collect:

• Device and app data: device model, iOS version, language, country (from settings), app version.
• Identifiers: an app installation ID, and the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking.
• Usage data: games you open and finish, scores, in-app events and ad views.
• Crash and performance data: crash logs and diagnostics.
• Purchase data: which subscription or coin pack you bought, and its status. Apple handles payment; we never see your card details.
• Feedback you send: if you use "Suggest a game" or report a problem, we store the text you write.
• Notification token: only if you allow notifications.

3. Why we use it

• To run the app, purchases and restore.
• To show ads and measure them (this keeps the games free).
• To understand which games people enjoy and to fix crashes.
• To send game reminders, if you turned notifications on.

4. Advertising and tracking

Tirek shows ads through Google AdMob and its partners AppLovin, Unity Ads and Meta Audience Network. Before any personalized ads, iOS asks your permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you tap "Ask App Not to Track", you still see ads, but they are not personalized with your IDFA. You can change this any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where required by law (for example in the EU/UK), you are also asked for consent, and you can change your choice in the app's Settings. Premium removes ads.

6. Leaderboards

Leaderboards use Apple Game Center. Game Center shows your Game Center nickname and scores to other players under Apple's rules. The in-app community board only shows existing scores; the app does not upload new names to it.

7. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Children

Tirek is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you think a child gave us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. How long we keep data

Data on your device stays until you delete the app. Analytics and crash data are kept by Google Firebase for up to 14 months. Feedback messages are kept until they are no longer needed. Ad partners keep data under their own policies.

10. Your choices and rights

• Turn off tracking: iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Turn off notifications: in the app or in iOS Settings.
• Remove ads: buy Premium.
• Delete local data: delete the app.
• Depending on where you live (for example GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
